Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sukoon customer mobile application and related digital services (the “Service”) operated by Sukoon Hotels & Resorts Private Limited (“Sukoon”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
2. The Service
The Service may allow you to:
- Create and manage a Sukoon customer account
- Purchase or activate memberships and offers
- Receive and redeem digital coupons at participating venues
- View related invoices and account history
Venue availability, offer terms, and redemption rules may vary by property and are shown in the app at the time of use. Physical hospitality services at hotels/outlets remain subject to each property’s house rules.
3. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Memberships, coupons & payments
- Prices, taxes, and plan benefits are displayed before purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (including Razorpay).
- Coupons and membership benefits are generally personal, non-transferable unless an offer expressly allows otherwise.
- Misuse (including duplicate redemption attempts, resale, or forged codes) may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorised access
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems except as allowed by law
- Harass staff or other guests in connection with redemptions or stays
6. Intellectual property
Sukoon branding, app content, and software are owned by Sukoon or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Venue experiences may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukoon’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via our Delete account page. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
