Sukoon Hotels & Resorts Private Limited (“Sukoon”, “we”, “us”) operates the Sukoon customer mobile application and related booking / membership services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email address, login credentials / authentication tokens.
- Membership & wallet data: plans purchased, coupon codes, redemption history, venue visits linked to your account.
- Payment information: payment status, order IDs, and limited billing metadata processed via our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & app data: device type, OS version, app version, approximate diagnostics needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Support communications: messages you send to our support channels, including account-deletion requests.
3. How we use information
- Create and manage your Sukoon account, memberships, and digital coupons.
- Process payments, invoices, refunds, and fraud prevention.
- Enable staff to verify and redeem coupons at participating venues.
- Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.
- Improve app reliability, security, and customer experience.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the app and memberships), to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests such as securing our systems and preventing misuse — or with your consent where required.
5. Sharing of information
We may share data with:
- Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) to complete transactions.
- Hosting / infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Venue / staff operators solely as needed to validate memberships and redeem coupons.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. 7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and authenticated APIs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your device and login credentials.
8. Children’s privacy
The Sukoon app is intended for adults capable of forming a contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
9. Your rights
Subject to Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable) and other local laws, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 10. International transfers
Our primary operations are in India. If data is processed in other countries by service providers, we take steps designed to protect it consistently with this policy.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
