Delete your Sukoon account
You can request permanent deletion of your Sukoon customer account without opening the app. Submit the form below. Our team is notified immediately and will process eligible deletion requests.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, mobile, email) and app login access
- Membership and coupon wallet records tied to your account (once deletion is completed)
- Support tickets linked to your account identifiers, where feasible
What we may retain
- Payment / tax / invoice records required by law
- Anonymised or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
- Information needed to resolve chargebacks, fraud, or legal claims
Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. You will lose access to memberships and unused digital coupons when the account is deleted. This action cannot be undone.
